Stayed one night in a regular room and in the past year I spent 6 months in a fireplace suite at the Hiway Motel while in training as a medical doctor in Portage la Praire. This certainly was a good place to call my home away from home. Fireplace suites are very large compared to a regular room but both were very clean and the service was above average. |
Visited Portage La Prairie Manitoba on Sunday night July 19 2008. Rooms were average but small, the beds new and exceptional. This motel offered us a basic room, clean and quiet. Free high speed internet. Lots of hot water and a new flat screen tv. As we are budget travelers, great choice for basic requirements. Have no problem to stay at this motel again. |
